A Scrap of Paper is based on a French farce by Victorien Sardou.
The Broadway production opened at Wallack's Theatre on March 10, 1879.

Note: This is another 1890 Harmanus Bleecker Hall program, but unlike
The Artist's Dream it is not a "juvenile drama" and it does have a
legitimate claim on Broadway, having opened at Wallack's Theatre.

I think any performing arts venue with a name like "Harmanus Bleecker Hall"
needs to be remembered. (My website - my rules.)
