On Broadway, Merely Mary Ann opened 12/28/1903 at the Garden Theatre (22 E. 27th St. at Madison Ave),
reopening at the Criterion Theatre (1514-16 Broadway at 44th St.), on February 14, 1904, and reopening again at
the Garrick Theatre (67 W. 35th St.) on April 4, 1904 - closing in May of that year after 148 performances.
NOTE: The song, "Kiss Me Good-Night, Dear" by Malcolm Williams, featured in the Broadway production, isn't listed here.
