Old Rialto Theatre
(aka Empire Theatre) / 118 Hudson Street / Hoboken, N.J.

(750 seats / Closed and Demolished)
The Empire Theater was originally opened in the 1920s as a vaudeville and burlesque Theater.
The name had already been changed to the Rialto Theater before Morley's stock company took it over. Afterwards it became an an opera house, and then a one-screen movie house before being demolished. (Still trying to find exact dates.)
