from an Ebay advertisement (so old I couldn't get more information):
Made by Geo. K. Spoor & Co Chicago, Ill; name on lens "Enterprise".
The overall design is similar to some of the Edison Kinetoscopes
Cast iron base, steel gears and parts, brass lens.
Turning the main chain drive sprocket moves all the parts and
spins the fan on the front. Patent date of Aug 6, 1907
